Now the sale has completed and time has passed, I thought I would just drop you a quick line to thank you for the very sympathetic approach in selling my late father's property.

At the time of placing the property on the market, I did not know which agent to choose, but were recommended to you by my solicitor. On investigation, I found that you offer a full probate service which is something non of your competitors appear to do.

As I am sure you will appreciate, it was an extremely difficult and emotional time for me and I really would have done without the normal hassles involved in selling. Re: The sale of my late father's property

I am writing to thank you and your staff for helping me through the difficult process of selling my late father's house. I moved away from Farnborough over 20 years ago so I knew of your company but my choice was made easier following a recommendation from my father’s solicitors. The actual selling of the house, once it went on the market, was quicker than I expected but in line with what you suggested at the time. I was impressed with the level of interest you generated in the property.

In my situation, living and working nearly 100 miles away, what was really appreciated was the extra help you provided in dealing with probate property. I was re-assured by your regular visits and checks on the property with regular phone call updates. I also appreciated your assistance, again backed up by recommendation of my father's solicitors, in arranging and checking the final clearance of the property.
